Indoor Granulate Bullet Trap
The STAPP granulate bullet trap features a self-healing front panel made from a blend of polyurethane and HDPE, providing exceptional durability. This front panel is positioned in front of a rubber granulate filling made from recycled rubber, specially designed to safely handle all standard ammunition used by military and law enforcement personnel.
The structure consists of a steel framework, and the bullet trap has a depth of only 0.7 m, depending on the intended calibers. It can be installed as a freestanding unit or mounted to the ceiling or rear wall.
This environmentally friendly bullet trap uses rubber granulate as the stopping material, which means that projectiles remain intact rather than fragmenting, significantly reducing hazardous lead dust and improving both environmental and occupational safety. The rubber granulate is reusable, and the bullets can be easily recovered for recycling.
The absence of lead dust means that specialized ventilation of the bullet trap is not required.
The load on air filters and other ventilation systems is also minimized, significantly improving the indoor environment. The soft material also minimizes vibrations and noise, creating a more comfortable environment for users compared to traditional shooting ranges.
Durability
Our granulate bullet trap is made from the most durable material on the market and does not cause projectiles to fragment.
The product has been developed as an environmentally friendly solution for all types of shooting ranges.
The front material can withstand a high volume of rounds concentrated within a very small area before repairs are required.
The bullet trap is divided into sections, allowing individual sections to be maintained separately.
There are no restrictions on the shooting surface, and every part of the bullet trap is 100% ricochet-free, ensuring maximum safety for users.
